You don’t need to know what to say. You just need to show up in whatever way feels easiest.

If You Need Help Right Now (After Hours)

You deserve support at any time—day or night. If it’s outside our teen program hours and you need immediate, 24/7 support:

What Support Looks Like Here

Here Tomorrow provides no-cost, no-wait mental health support for teens who are dealing with stress, anxiety, big emotions, family challenges, or thoughts that feel hard to manage alone.

You’ll connect with trained suicide prevention specialists who listen without judgment and take you seriously. We offer support:

  • In person, by phone, or virtually
  • At your pace
  • With respect for your privacy

We’re here to help you understand what you’re feeling, learn coping strategies that actually work, and figure out next steps—without telling you what to do or who to be.

We’ll Walk With You

When life feels heavy or confusing, it can be hard to imagine things getting better. We’re here to stand by your side—not just once, but over time—so you can build confidence, independence, and tools that help you cope.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll take this one step at a time, together.

Youth Support Groups

Sometimes it helps to talk with other teens who get it.

Here Tomorrow’s Youth Support Groups are a safe, supportive place for youth ages 13–17 to connect with others who understand. Groups are teen-led, with guidance from our suicide prevention specialists.

No groups on holidays. Registration isn’t required, but a parent or guardian will need to sign a consent form before attending.
