Get Support

How We Help

Here Tomorrow provides free, immediate peer support for people who are struggling and for those who care about them.

We remove the most common barriers to mental health support: cost, long wait times, and fear of judgment. Whether someone walks in, calls, texts, or connects online, our goal is simple: make it easier to get support when it’s needed most.

Who We Help

We support people from across our community, including:
  • Individuals who feel overwhelmed, hopeless, or unsure where to turn
  • Family members and friends worried about someone they love
  • Teens and young adults who need a safe, private place to talk
  • Military members, veterans, and first responders seeking confidential support
You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need to be in crisis. If something feels heavy, you’re welcome here.

What We Do

Peer Support, Not Clinical Care

You’ll connect with a certified peer supporter who is a suicide prevention specialist—someone with lived experience who understands what it’s like to struggle. This isn’t therapy or a diagnosis. It’s real conversation, understanding, and support.

Immediate, No-Cost Access

Support is always free. There are no waitlists, no insurance requirements, and no appointments required. You can connect the same day, in the way that feels most comfortable to you.

Ongoing Support When Needed

For those who want continued support, we can walk alongside you over time, offering follow-up peer sessions, access to support groups, and help connecting to additional resources, including psychotherapy or talking with a licensed counselor when appropriate.

What Guides Our Work

Everything we do is grounded in a few simple principles:

  • No judgment
  • No pressure
  • Confidentiality and respect
  • Lived experience matters
We believe help should be accessible, human, and available without barriers.
