Because I have a mental health diagnosis that was considered both taboo to have and taboo to treat for decades of my life, I went untreated until I was 60 years old. I have spent a lifetime struggling with a personality disorder, substance use disorder, and suicidal ideation. Feeling hopeless, I decided to put forth effort one last time to seek out a firm diagnosis in the hope of receiving proper care. I was referred to Here Tomorrow and my journey to wellness began instantly. That was over two years ago, and now, I am a Certified Professional Life Coach. Here Tomorrow has saved my life. Today, I wish to contribute in some small way to saving someone else’s. I passionately believe that we do not find Here Tomorrow, Here Tomorrow finds us! It is an honor to serve on the Advisory Council.
