Jillian W.

Suicide Prevention Specialist - Adult

Having been in those dark places myself, including my struggles with depression, anxiety, and ADHD, I know how powerful it can be to connect with someone who truly understands. It’s not just about words but showing people that they’re not alone and that healing is possible, even when it doesn’t feel that way. For me, it’s all about sharing my story to help others see that it’s okay to not have everything figured out. There’s a strength in vulnerability, and I’ve learned that recovery is a journey – one that takes time, support, and self-compassion. I’m here to walk with others through their own struggles, offering hope that things can get better, and that their story matters.
