Over the past few years I have found purpose in my life that I never knew could exist. Now it is my personal mission to share that possibility with others. It would be an injustice to not help others find what I have.

While in recovery I found that developing and practicing coping skills helped me have a positive outlook on life and focus my thoughts on gratitude. In that, I found HOPE, and am privileged to share that process with others.

When helping friends in recovery, I let them know the importance of being honest with yourself and others. I personally know, this is not easy, but it is possible.
