By combining immediate peer support with evidence-based care pathways, we’re breaking down barriers to mental health access and advancing the field of suicide prevention.

Personal and family history with trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression and ADHD has found me connecting with the mission and vision of Here Tomorrow.

I knew that my purpose in life was to share my experiences, battles, and achievements with others who are or had been in similar situations.

When helping friends in recovery, I let them know the importance of being honest with yourself and others. I personally know, this is not easy, but it is possible.

Being part of this mission is an honor I feel every day.

I want to support the hopeless with kindness & understanding, knowing those gifts helped me when I needed it most. Asking for help can be a hard first step, but we are here with an abundance of help and hope.

I try to inspire hope by sharing my story; a story which didn’t end because I found a way to keep moving forward.

I love talking to people about their struggles, empathizing, and reminding them that we are all worthy of fulfillment and happiness.

I am deeply passionate about advocacy, healing, and supporting others in their journey through life’s challenges. My experiences have shaped me into a compassionate voice for recovery, mental health awareness, and the power of perseverance and love.

My passion for suicide prevention originates from a deeply personal place.

At Here Tomorrow, I strive to pay forward the hope that was so generously given to me.

I want to pay it forward by doing the same that others did for me; help others find a path to recovery.

I am a firm believer in telling someone, "I’ve been there."

Somewhere along our path someone taught us that we had to earn love, but that is simply not true you deserve love because you exist.

I believe that sitting down and listening to others’ stories while using shared life experiences, empathy and understanding creates a safe space for healing.

I've learned that recovery is a journey - one that takes time, support, and self-compassion. I'm here to walk with others through their own struggles, offering hope that things can get better, and that their story matters.

I inspire hope by being an example of hope.

Through sharing my story, I hope to create a space where others, especially my fellow first responders, can begin to heal. The power of vulnerability, connection, and support can break the silence and stigma surrounding mental health.

You never know what journey someone is on, so be kind.

My hope is to create space where people can show up exactly as they are and feel safe, supported, and not so alone in what they’re facing.

I have answered my soul's calling to serve as a peer for today's youth and their families – to be the Light within the Dark that I once needed most.

My experiences have equipped me with valuable insights and a personal philosophy: to lead by example and show the possibilities of positive change.

Day in and day out, Here Tomorrow plays a pivotal role for those feeling hopeless like I did.

We work together gaining perspective and understanding; together we explore options that will meet the individual’s goals.

As a teenager, navigating life is scary, and uncertain. The cool part is you don't have to do it alone.

Seeing firsthand how our services can make a difference has motivated me to share this mission and broaden our reach.

My experience with depression, anxiety, and grief showed me how broken the mental healthcare system is and sparked a passion to do something about it.

I love being able to be there for our friends and help them feel welcome and safe in our Meeting Space. 

I feel so close to what this mission is trying to accomplish for people. I really love helping people feel welcomed into our space and not to feel judged to be seeking help for their needs.

I believe Here Tomorrow is changing lives and a product of the Greater force that we all need to aid us on our life’s journey. I am excited to be a part of this mission.

When I learned of Here Tomorrow, I knew that finally there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I’m honored to be a part of saving and improving lives.

Here Tomorrow’s “now” solution to provide immediate and ongoing help for those contemplating suicide is a game changer.

It was an honor to work with Here Tomorrow while representing Neptune Beach, and I am proud to extend my support on the Board of Directors.

As a psychiatrist for 20+ years, I've seen several lives lost while people wait weeks or months for mental health care. That's why I'm proud to serve on the board of Here Tomorrow, where we're revolutionizing access to mental health support.

Having experienced the tragic loss of his brother to suicide, Jim witnessed the profound devastation it caused his family, particularly his mother. This experience fuels his unwavering support for suicide prevention.
