Mental Health Hydration

Mental Health Hydration focuses on building resilience, community, and emotional well-being. There’s no wrong way to participate. You can talk, listen, or simply sit with your feelings. The group is guided by two suicide prevention specialists who help ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming space for everyone. This free, community-based group is available to all adults. You do not need to be enrolled in Here Tomorrow’s suicide prevention program to attend.
