Mental Health First Aid

Here Tomorrow offers free Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) – an evidence-based course that teaches you how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults. Our certified instructors offer both MHFA and Youth MHFA, equipping participants with practical tools to support loved ones, coworkers, and community members. In addition to open community sessions, Here Tomorrow is available for private trainings by request at no cost to you – just reach out!
