What to Expect: A low-pressure, restorative yoga class held exclusively for the Here Tomorrow Community: no judgment, no barriers – just an opportunity to explore yoga as a wellness tool or continue practicing yoga in a dedicated space for recovery! Wear comfortable clothes and bring water. Yoga mats, pillows, and supplies are provided, but feel free to bring your own! In addition to the classes held specifically for our Here Tomorrow community at no cost, Consider It offers a wide variety of yoga classes and workshops to explore!
