You don’t have to do this alone.
Here Tomorrow’s free mental health support groups are a safe and welcoming place to connect with others who understand what you’re going through.
You don’t have to talk if you don’t want to.
You don’t have to share everything.
You can simply show up and be part of a space where you’re not judged.
This open, community-based group is available to anyone. You do not need to be enrolled in Here Tomorrow’s suicide prevention program to attend.
Mental Health Hydration focuses on building resilience, community, and emotional well-being. There’s no wrong way to participate. You can talk, listen, or simply sit with your feelings. The group is guided by two suicide prevention specialists who help ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming space for everyone.

Melanin Minds was created to provide a safe, affirming space for those who identify as part of the Black community, where conversations about mental health are often overlooked or discouraged.
This group focuses on normalizing emotions, sharing experiences, and supporting one another through the unique challenges faced within and outside the Black community. Hybrid attendance allows more people to join in the way that works best for them.
