Support for Someone I Care About

When someone you love is struggling, it can feel overwhelming—and sometimes terrifying.

You may be asking yourself: Am I doing enough? Am I saying the right things? What if I make it worse?

If you’re worried about a loved one’s mental health or well-being, you don’t have to navigate this alone. Support is here—for them, and for you.

You Don’t Have to Carry This by Yourself

Caring about someone who’s hurting can take a real toll. You might feel exhausted, scared, frustrated, or unsure where to turn next. It’s okay to admit this is hard. And it’s okay to ask for help—for yourself.
At Here Tomorrow, we offer confidential peer support for family members, friends, and caregivers who are worried about someone they love at no cost. You don’t need to have all the answers. We’ll help you take the next step.

How We Can Help You Help Them

Guidance From People Who Understand

You’ll connect with a certified peer supporter, or suicide prevention specialist, who has supported loved ones through difficult moments—or lived through them personally. They’ll listen without judgment and help you think through what’s going on.

Practical Support and Resources

We can help you:

  • Talk through your concerns in a safe, private space
  • Learn how to support your loved one without taking on everything yourself
  • Understand warning signs and when to seek additional help
  • Explore resources that may benefit your loved one—and your family
This is not therapy or diagnosis. It’s real support from someone who understands.

Support for You, Too

You deserve care and support as well. We’ll help you build coping skills, set healthy boundaries, and take care of your own well-being while navigating a challenging situation.
