There’s no script you need to follow, no “right” way to show up, and no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. Whether you walk in, call, text, or connect online, we’ll meet you where you are.
You decide:
You’ll connect with a certified peer supporter who is a suicide prevention specialist, someone who has lived through mental health challenges themselves and understands what it’s like to need support.

Most conversations feel calm, supportive, and grounded. You might talk about what’s been weighing on you, what’s been hard lately, or what brought you in. Your peer supporter may share coping tools, help you build a safety plan, or explore resources that could support you moving forward.

If you come to our support center, you’ll find a space designed to feel welcoming—not clinical or intimidating.
Our center includes:
For youth, we offer a separate, youth-centered space with a more vibrant and welcoming feel. Youth conversation rooms are designed to encourage expression, creativity, and openness, while still providing privacy and support.
These rooms are intentionally created to feel comfortable for Youth, not clinical or adult-focused.
Support at Here Tomorrow doesn’t end after one conversation.
We can continue walking with you for up to a year at no cost, offering ongoing peer support, access to weekly support groups, and help connecting to additional resources if needed.
Your privacy matters.
Everything you share is treated with care and confidentiality. We don’t report to employers, schools, or agencies, and we don’t require insurance or referrals. What you share stays between you and your support specialist, except in rare situations where immediate safety is at risk.
