Join us for a powerful, community-focused day of mental wellness, movement, and connection in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.
This event features local mental health professionals, nonprofits, and movement leaders coming together to support our Jacksonville community. Whether you’re into dance, wellness, or just showing up for others—you’re welcome here.
Planned Schedule:
• 2:15–3:00 PM: Yoga Flow – Dr. Ashlyn Schwartz (The Collective Om)
• 3:00–5:00 PM: Mental Health Panel – With Here Tomorrow & Hearts 4 Minds
• 5:00–9:00 PM: Salsa Class – All levels, no partner needed & El Ritmo de San Marco at Tepey’s – Music, community & dance
