Improv Your Confidence

Come in for an evening of intentional fun and “Improv” Your Confidence with us! We are excited to facilitate some fun, no-pressure group improv games – free of judgment and full of laughter. Whether you are looking to strengthen your communication skills, build confidence in yourself, or simply enjoy a night spent with community: we invite you to join us! Games will be group-based with a focus on fostering connection through authenticity. There is zero expectation of a solo “performance” and there are no mistakes in improv – which means no pressure, either! ECHO Sessions, like this one, are designed to feel approachable, inclusive, & engaging—never clinical or overwhelming. ECHOs offer meaningful, accessible opportunities for engagement outside of traditional peer support conversations.
