I know what it feels like to struggle with your mental health and to feel completely hopeless. That experience is what drives me to show up for others now, with empathy and without judgment.

I want teens and families to know that support is real and available. No matter what someone is carrying or going through, they deserve to feel seen, heard, and met with compassion. My hope is to create space where people can show up exactly as they are and feel safe, supported, and not so alone in what they’re facing.
