I want to help those who haven’t found the light in the darkness of their lived experiences, diagnoses, and trauma; they too can overcome obstacles, find fulfillment and purpose. Sharing my story and giving friends the space to be themselves with no judgment is how I inspire hope. I believe that sometimes we don’t need to fix it, especially in a crisis. We just need to listen, feel heard, and to put time between a thought and an action.
