I think it is important to let others know that it is ok to ask for help. It takes a far stronger person to ask for help and be willing to open up to share their struggles with others. Here Tomorrow has helped me tremendously on my journey and has been instrumental in helping me heal. By sharing my experience hopefully it can help others that are struggling to take the first step to ask for help and realize that it’s ok to not be ok, but there is help available.
