My commitment to this work is rooted in my own journey through significant mental health challenges resulting from early childhood trauma. Growing up, I often felt isolated and alone. In those moments of isolation, the weight of my experiences sometimes felt like too much to carry. Over time, I discovered that I didn’t have to carry those feelings by myself. With the support of mentors and friends who opened their hearts to me, I learned positive coping skills and began rebuilding my sense of self-worth. Their compassion helped me see that recovery is a nonlinear path that requires honesty, vulnerability, and the courage to choose healing again and again.

At Here Tomorrow, I strive to pay forward the hope that was so generously given to me. I honor both who I have been and who I am becoming by walking alongside others in their moments of need, offering the same connection and encouragement that once helped guide me toward a healthier, more hopeful future.
