Embrace Your Path
Here Tomorrow provides no-cost, no-wait mental health support to those who need it most. The Here Tomorrow youth program offers an empathetic and judgment-free environment tailored for youth, where conversations about mental health are encouraged and supported.
We provide a safe and inclusive space, both virtually and on-site, for you to express yourself, navigate your emotions, and seek guidance on managing the mental health challenges that impact your recovery journey.
What We Do
Our mission is to transform lives by building a community where suicide prevention is accessible without barriers. When life gets challenging, and you feel hopeless or helpless, we are here for you.
We will stand by your side for 365 days to provide the assistance you need to become more independent, with individualized resources and mental health support. Our goal is to empower youth with the tools necessary to best cope with their mental health.

Here Tomorrow’s Youth Support Groups are a place where youth can come together in hopes of making a positive impact on their mental health journey alongside a community of people who understand. We offer a safe space, shared with other youth. Conversations are youth-led with guidance from Here Tomorrow’s suicide prevention specialists.
Registration is not required; however, a group consent form will need to be signed by a parent or guardian prior to attending. Please contact teens@heretomorrow.org or 904-371-2900 for more information.
