From the dawn of my youth, I have walked through darkness that no human should ever have to endure. These experiences became the initiation of my journey into understanding pain, transformation, and the art of healing while living with PTSD, depression, and anxiety from a young age. Despite the weight of it all, I continued forward, guided by an inner knowing within my heart that there was meaning behind my existence. Through years of reflection, I entered a path of self-discovery – one that led me to healing, transformation, and the uncovering of my purpose. I have answered my soul’s calling to serve as a peer for today’s youth and their families – to be the Light within the Dark that I once needed most.
