Mental Health First Aid – Youth

Here Tomorrow offers free Youth Mental Health First Aid – an evidence-based course that teaches you how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health or substance use challenges in youth and young adults. Our certified instructors offer both Youth MHFA and Adult MHFA, equipping participants with practical tools to support loved ones, coworkers, and community members.
