Jeff proudly lives with mental health conditions and says, “Being diagnosed with major depression, bi-polar type 2, and PTSD was one of the greatest moments of my life because I came to realize that all along I was the problem and the source of situations, circumstances, and things that happened in my life.” Jeff described what happened next. “Mental health became a passion of mine as I acknowledged I was the issue, I accepted it, and I sought help and education. My life has changed because I changed and do the work.”
As Director of Education and Community Outreach, Jeff is developing pandemic-friendly strategies for reaching members of our community with the goal of normalizing the conversation about mental health and letting folks know they can turn to Here Tomorrow for support and assistance.
